Thank you for your interest in USA EPOST and the American E Post Corporation. The company was officially founded on December 1, 2011 by our CEO Mario Romualdo, Jr., and is currently headquartered in Livingston, New Jersey. Future plans include incorporating the business in the State of Delaware and moving our corporate offices to one of several states under consideration which we believe have friendlier business environments. The short story is that while active as a business being built from the ground up, all of our staff is volunteering their talents and time until we officially launch the enterprise.
This Internet site is non-operational so a few of the links are active. It is on the web to serve as an information web site primarily established to provide you with some basic information about our company and to secure the domain name for the company which is why it is referred to as a placeholder rather than a parked site.
Our mission is to bring American (and perhaps someday worldwide) communications into the 21st century and this concept goes far beyond simple email or electronic postage. In our opinion, email has some substantial service limitations and we are embarking on the path that will enhance the customer and mailer experience. Thinking outside of the blue box, we believe that we have found the niche that will make communications easier, friendlier and more efficient. This service will surpass any similar type of services offered by various governmental and non-governmental entities. We are in the vanguard of the new paradigm shift and plan on becoming the premiere communications company in the US and perhaps the world!
In a nutshell and for the sake of clarification, the one company has two names with different functions and the explanation is thus…
American E Post Corporation (americanepost.com) is the corporate entity which functions as every other business corporation does. It maintains executive, administrative, operations and support staff. This makes it the parent company of our service arm which is called USAEPOST.COM (USA E POST ).
USA E Post will host and provide all of our services and will be the business entity most people will interact with daily. When we say people, it includes individuals, families, businesses, companies, shops, schools, religious organizations, government agencies, clubs, service groups, advertisers, etc. Everyone!
At the present time, this domain is static but only as a matter of convenience for us as we continue to work on fundraising, program development and prepare for the initial implementation.
It should be noted that we have already expanded our Internet presence on Facebook, Twitter, Blogger, and YouTube in order to secure those assets for future company use when we launch. At this time, the assets are live but not updated with any regularity since our progress is slow and steady. They are updated periodically or as needed.
We believe that the technology is in place and the time has come to start thinking ahead - thinking outside of the blue box. Whether we like it or not, we believe that the current postal mail delivery system in the United States and in many nations around the world are struggling. Some are adding non-postal sales and services so change is inevitable. Due to necessity the current communications paradigm has been slowly declining partially because of changing technologies.

Will the US Postal Service, for example, continue to be able to provide services while operating with a considerable loss every year? Eventually we will see a complete change happen to the Postal Service and whatever happens is a matter of when, not if. Change takes time and is usually a result of necessity.
The US Postal Service as with any government operation is in trouble and the major problem they face is “not thinking outside of the box” in order to remain a viable operation and survive. While we do not wish to see the demise of the Postal Service, the fact remains that neither management, nor the US Congress which by law oversees, some argue hampers the Postal Service are doing anything to prevent its eventual collapse. We have realized this and have positioned ourselves to be there when this happens. We are more interested in keeping the economy of the United States strong and viable than propping up a failing enterprise. Communications is the heart of the national economy! Without it, nothing else can work with ease. We are not the enemy of the Postal Service. Technology is and we strongly believe that if we simply walk away from this opportunity to provide this service, someone else will come along with different ideas and be more aggressive in providing the service.
We are currently developing the ideas and the methods for America's future residential, institutional and commercial communications needs in order to ensure that the economic engine of the United States will remain the strongest in the world. That coupled with reasonable costs will fuel our success.
We have an operating prototype of the service concept in place and we are basically tweaking the prototype including various services we believe that the consumer would like to see but continuing the development takes money so we encourage our visitors to help get us off the ground sooner by considering contributing a donation in support through our current fundraising efforts on GoFundMe and KickStarter. Both will help us raise funds for a specific purpose which in the case of KickStarter is one of their requirements.
Our goal is to provide the consumer with the best possible service options and world class reliability, at affordable prices. Customer sign up will be free, and we will be also offering a subscription based fee schedule and charge a “per piece” fee. The reason we selected that model which was kicked around for some time is that basically it is a method that we believe will reduce and practically eliminate pesky unwanted mail or "spam" type of mailings to the consumer. It is our belief that any "spammer" would not likely send out very much spam if there is a cost associated with sending it so we believe that this is a modest and intelligent compromise that keep everyone happy.
Development of our service(s) will include extensive field testing and we may even include invitations for some of our supporters to assist with field tests when we enter that phase. We want to place our services out on the market 100% operational and bug free. To us it does not make very good business sense to place a product or service on the market just to have problems or issues pop up which need tweaking. We want to offer a full service one stop shop when it comes to public communications and we believe that we will accomplish our goals.
